You will be joining a leading professional services firm that offers audit, risk advisory, financial advisory and tax consulting services to a broad range of clients. As a Tax Manager - Reward Funds, you will be working with an energetic team of over 100 staff located in London. You will have the responsibility of drafting bespoke, technical advice for clients which includes:

  • The design of reward and executive investment structures such as carried interest, co-investment, and other long-term incentives.
  • The governance of reward and decision-making.
  • Remuneration related disclosures, including approach to employee communication and relevant regulatory disclosures

You will also be responsible for the coaching, mentoring and overall leadership of the more junior members of the team. You will be dealing with a prestigious portfolio ranging from large public companies and foreign-owned businesses to small private companies. This team also does not place a heavy emphasis on business development, but rather on technical ability and client service which has proven to be successful, as the practice has a turnover of £25 million and is continually growing by investing in new technology.

Ideally, you will be ATT/CTA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent, with experience dealing in reward structures within funds - whether it be on a consulting, technical tax or in-house basis. Characteristically speaking, you should be highly driven and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
