As a part of the independent Tax advisory team, the Senior Director will lead on all employment tax issues across their broad suite of large and international clients. A combination of technical, client delivery and professional development responsibilities may include:
- Advisory of all employment tax matters such as share schemes, employment related securities, termination payments, construction industry scheme, IR 35 issues etc,
- Efficiently manage risk, engagement administration and client relationships,
- Monitor junior employees' progress, and ultimate delivery while advancing business development.
To successfully perform this role, you will be a degree-educated, qualified tax professional with industry/practice Employment Tax experience. A record of managing high performing teams and liaising with Senior clients in a fast paced environment is also essential. Your tax management, compliance and advisory experience would have ideally occurred within a large corporation/consultancy.
