Then look no further than this Private Client Tax Senior Manager role working for this award-winning organisation. As this team grows from strength to strength - revenues were up by double digits last year - its ethos of ensuring it's staff are working in a beneficial environment remains unchanged. The Private Client Tax team assists a broad range of clients including family businesses, high-net worth individuals, foreign nationals as well as private equity and hedge fund partners. There is no risk of being pigeonholed as it works as one collaborative team across all sectors allowing you the opportunity to either specialise or not as you desire. Your role will be predominately advisory focused aside from managing some VIP compliance work.

There is a huge amount of flexibility on offer by joining this team whether it is through how you manage your workload or the exact role you undertake, for instance, you can either have the opportunity to be a performance manager or not. You should be able to identify any potential market risks and counteract them with innovative solutions as well as be able to work with your colleagues to build out the overall private client network for the team. As aforementioned, one of the main selling points for this opportunity is the flexible working culture that is offered without having any detrimental impact on your career progression or professional development opportunities - the team prides itself on not being a long hours culture and actively promotes working from home.
