This Global Mobility Manager job will help clients move across the world, assisting with everything from collecting compensation data for the compliance specialists to redesigning a corporation's mobility program to better retain key talent. The Global Mobility team has enjoyed continued success by investing in technology that provides them with a competitive edge. This position is client facing and you will be expected to identify and nurture new clients in addition to the team's existing network. Should you wish, you may specialise in a specific industry, but it is not a strict requirement. You will also have the responsibility as a Manager to coach, delegate and lead junior members of staff.
To be considered for this role, you should have the relevant qualification (ATT, CTA, ACA or equivalent) with UK expatriate tax experience. It is also preferable that you have personal tax experience over corporate, but both instances will be reviewed. It will also be beneficial to have experience in dealing with a portfolio of clients, from high net worth individuals to large organisations.
