You will be joining a leading professional services firm that offers audit, risk advisory, financial advisory and tax consulting services to a broad range of clients. As a Financial Services Reward Senior Manager, you will be part of a team of 50 staff located in London. Stepping into this sought after position, you will undertake the responsibilities of drafting and reviewing key remuneration committee changes, designing executive pay strategies, linking pay to corporate performance, providing advice on reward regulatory matters including reward governance considerations and linking remuneration with risk, conduct and culture. This role requires you to proactively identify and develop business growth opportunities and wider strategic initiatives. As a Senior Manager, you will also be expected to coach and lead the more junior members of the team. This position is unique in that you will work reward pay from bottom to the top management level within the business.

To be considered for this position, you should ideally be ACA/ATT/CTA qualified, or equivalent, with proven experience in the area of either reward or regulation advising. Prior experience in a client facing role would be advantageous, however, is not a necessity. Characteristically speaking, you should be driven, proactive in your approach to business and possess exceptional interpersonal which will help you lead and nurture your team of staff.
