Brewer Morris is currently looking for a senior employment tax professional to join a leading Financial Services business based in Chester. The role will work closely with both the Human Resources and the Tax team and will see the successful candidate provide advice on compensation and benefit plans across the group.
The role will be primarily responsible for all HR related tax issues, taking the lead on all queries and ensuring compliance with regulations at all times. As well as the responsibility for employer tax compliance, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects to implement new policy and process across the group.
The ideal individual for the role will have a broad tax background, ideally with an ATT or CTA qualification. Your expertise will be across PAYE/NIC, employment tax and compensation planning, but you will have an interest in a diverse and changing role within tax. The ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders across a complex matrix environment is key, and as such the organisation is looking for someone who demonstrates this experience.
