You will be working for a leading professional services company that offers financial auditing, tax and advisory specialisms to a global network of clients. As the Corporate Tax Manager, you will be working alongside Senior Managers in the client services team and be expected to provide technical advice to these respective clients. You will be tackling a range of issues dependent on the client's business, for example, refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, entering new markets and developing new products. This role also includes the responsibility of overseeing all tax compliance affairs, working with specialists to deliver expertise to the market, assisting clients in dealing with the HMRC, and carrying out tax audits.

Ideally, you are CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent, with prior corporate tax experience. The firm is looking for someone who is highly motivated and driven, is able to build strong relationships with clients, and someone who is a natural leader since you will be coaching more junior members of staff.
