Day-to-day your role will involve liaising with clients, managing the strategic direction of your team, preparation of financial statements, preparation of management reporting and commentary, delegating and reviewing the work of juniors within your team.
To assist in your progression, you will also be intimately involved in more strategic Manager-level work - collaborating with Managers on business development strategies, attending industry networking events and building both the firm's and your own personal brand within the market. This firm will also give you access to the best-in-market technology available at your fingertips to assist in delivering your engagements and translating your findings into plain language to your clients.
You will be CA/CPA qualified and possess at least 4 years experience working within the profession, with a proven track-record in leading a small team, providing a high level of strategic advice to a wide variety of clients and present professionally with excellent communication skills.
This is a genuine progression role - with a clear track to Manager and Partnership on offer, your ability to empathise with your clients as their 'trusted advisor' along with acting as a mentor and career-coach to your junior team members will see you excel in this role.
