Taylor Root, Frazer Jones, Brewer Morris and SR Search are trading divisions operated by The SR Group (ABN 33 094 860 904), an international recruitment firm (The SR Group).
The SR Group is committed to protecting the privacy of our candidates, clients and other users of our websites and services.
Where you provide us with your personal information, in person, by email, through this website or through any of our other international websites or offices, we will endeavour to ensure that such information remains private and is only used in accordance with this policy. By providing us with your personal information, you also consent to us to collecting, holding, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this policy. The SR Group must comply with the Privacy Act 1988 in Australia and similar laws in the other countries in which we operate.
1. What type of personal information do we collect?
When you register with us we may collect your personal information including (without limitation) your name, contact details, qualifications, work history, your right to work in a particular country, languages spoken, professional memberships and accreditations, your work objectives and other information from your CV. If you are to be considered for a particular position, we may also collect references from your nominated referees with your prior consent.
2. How do we use your personal information?

- Provide you with information about job vacancies available through this site.
- Assist us in finding you a position that is most suitable for you and, where you provide your prior consent as a candidate, to send your personal information to clients in order to apply for jobs.

Registering with us
- You may register with us by sending us an email and/or by submitting your CV to The SR Group via this website, either for general consideration by our recruitment consultants for positions as they arise or to apply for a specific advertised job.
- When you send us an email or submit your CV, your personal information may be added to our database and processed to the extent that it is necessary to provide you with recruitment services or otherwise in connection with the business of The SR Group.
- Depending on positions applied for, this may involve us passing your data to our employees or other parts of The SR Group both inside and outside Australia for the purpose of supplying recruitment services to you.
- We will only disclose or transfer your data to prospective employers with your prior consent.
- We also reserve the right to disclose the information we have collected about you to our professional advisors and to other persons to the extent that The SR Group contracts out any aspect of the operation of its recruitment agency services. 4. Aggregate information about website visitors
- We may analyse and disclose aggregate statistics about our site visitors and candidates in order to describe our services to prospective partners, clients and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.
- We log IP addresses for analysing visitor trends and traffic on our website. This information is not passed on to third parties.
5. Cookies
- A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, for use when you return to a page/website that you visited before. In this case it contains information required for downloading documents.
- Cookies are not required to view our website but are in the document downloads area. If you wish to download a document, a cookie will be used to remember your name and email address to keep you from having to re-enter it every time you download a document. If Cookies are disabled you will need to re-enter this information every time you download a file. The cookies are non-permanent and will be removed when you close your browser.

- The Internet is not always a secure method of transmitting information and while we seek to protect your personal information The SR Group cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to or receive from us over the Internet or for any unauthorised access or use of that information.
- Our website contains links to other sites. The SR Group is not responsible for the privacy of any information that is submitted to or collected by these third parties and you should consult these other websites’ privacy policies.
7. Access to Personal Information
- You may request access to a copy of all the personal information held about you by us by contacting The SR Group Privacy Officer as set out below. You also have a right to correct any errors in that information. We may ask you to verify your identity and for more information about your request. Where we are legally permitted to do so, we may refuse your request and give you reasons for doing so.
- You may also request that The SR Group stops using your information and contacting you and we will comply with your request. However, if this involves a request for deletion of your file, please be aware that we may not be required or able to do so, particularly where your file also holds information about our clients or in the event of a dispute.
- We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for access and updating requests.

- The SR Group regularly reviews the personal data it processes to ensure that it is up to date, accurate and not held for longer than necessary for our internal processes or as otherwise required by law.
