We act for the majority of large, medium and small accountancy and law firms as well as a wide range of ASX listed, global multinationals and financial services institutions.
In terms of in-house appointments, we recruit group tax specialists across the spectrum, from Tax Director to recently qualified Tax Accountant. In addition we are also able to assist in the recruitment of middle-office and front-office tax resource for the investment banks. We manage tax assignments throughout Australia, New Zealand and southeast Asia. Our UK firm manages assignments in the UK and continental Europe
When recruiting fee-earning tax advisers, into accountancy practices or law firms, our team has an unrivalled reputation for taking an ethical, professional and a truly consultative approach. We work closely with Big Four and Top 10 practices as well as regional firms and strong single office independent or “boutique” firms.
We handle assignments spanning the whole of the Australian, New Zealand and Asia Pacific market, as well as internationally in Europe and the United Kingdom. We cover all disciplines within tax and recruit from Tax Assistant level through to Equity Partner.
Whether the assignment is with a company, partnership or a government department we assist on all aspects of the recruitment process, from advertising through to interviewing and negotiating at offer stage. In addition, we offer advice on current market trends and general salary information.
